Veronica Vogel is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 15 years experience in private practise on the Central Coast. She also holds a Masters in Health Policy and completed additional training in nutrigenomics and gut health.

Veronica has a particular interest in the interplay between nutrition, gut health, hormones and our genes to optimise health for healthy ageing. She utilises a food first approach with practical personalised nutrition plans to help people achieve their health goals.

She firmly believes that getting the right nutrients is one of the foundations of our health. The small food choices we make every day gives us lots of opportunities to make a big difference to our health in the long term. And when people give their body the nutrients it needs, they have more energy, sleep better, focus better and manage their weight easier.
